    If the Ceo was to accept a salary more in accordance with his workload a quarterly dividend could be instituted. Let's hear it for a salary cut, after all he would be getting a substantial dividend as well as a salary.

    • well if Guy got say 200K, you could also say that PRRR earnings would jump around 50%! The salary is an insult to the shareholders of this company. The problem is, Im fairly certain he does not care. The more I learn about this company, the more confident I am that the company cannot grow successfully without a new man/woman at the top. The Fantasy thing is just plain weird. You would think that for 700K/yr salary, we could at least expect to get his undivided attention...
