    I will be attending the annual shareholders meeting Tuesday

    Please ask about the Celgene claim about patent infrindgment. I read the annual report and on page 51 there are no legal proceedings as of 12-31-09. I believe there should have been a statement from CYCC about this. I have not seen any.

      The AR 2009 is for ending Dec 31,2009.

      The CELG patent issue after this date. Hence no mention on Legal stuff.

      I wanted to ask quite a few questions, but the operator did not allow individuals to ask questions.

      Damn, I should have put some company name to ask questions.

      I'll provide a list of questionaire to ask at the AGM!
