Since CELG has five indications or five future products that need CYCC patent rights, it would a huge advantage for it to just buy CYCC out for merely $300m-500m now. CYCC alone could be a $3b company if fully developed.
i agree with others... cycc would never sell for 100 million.... imo if they did sell they would take nothing less than than 250 million.... they could wait and get up to 500 million +... if they decided to sell say $25 a share times even 12 million shares that would be $300 million.... That is cheap
for what they can bring to the market... and thats nothing for big pharma to spend.... you really surprise me of your 100 million tag... i thought you were smarter than that..
100m? After so many years of hard work, and finally this drug is about to succeed, you think the management is going to sell for 100m or $10/share?.You are out of your mind, dude. A long timer on this board said he bought shares for $17.50/share just two years ago and yet still holding. A seeking alpha article said CYCC is worth $250m in market cap or $27/share right now three weeks ago. In just 2--3 years, CYCC will be a billion-company. Therefore, a buyout now will be at least $300m, period. And this is no dreaming.
