the fact that they are a fraud is a fact that has already happened, so it can't be changed. If they started honestly reporting, then I would call that report honest. Look at ONP or NEP, they still appear to be serious frauds. After being exposed, they will report some problems, then fix it up, put lipstick on the fraud and repump it.
Oh now I get it. KPMG is willing to lose all of their credibility to pump some Chinese small cap (if the earnings are reported good) or the Yongye was totally stupid enough to hire them at a significant cost just to make sure everyone believes crappy numbers.
