    • You can ignore the rest, but their sentiments still exist. Best to know all market sentiments, good and bad to make a well informed decision. Reality doesn't matter as much as perception in terms of stock price.

    • scb.....thanks for your mention but I read lots of other folks posts. My experience has been there is value in considering all opinions. I should add the "iggy" button can be (and should be) used for some posters. All longs (and maybe even a short) may have something to say that helps us. JMO

      Best to all.

      • Agree Hearex!

The Ignore button has given me a clean MB here.

I don't ignore most shorts, either, in fact appreciate all perspectives - unless their intent is to drive people away, or deceive.

Some of the high profile shorts apparently left the MB, possibly over concerns of an investigation. I hope there was no collusion between a hedge fund and a "kid(s)" who needed some cash. Any hedge fund would know better and understand the consequences, maybe not so much the kid... Not saying it happened, but it would be unfortunate.

    • I totally agree with scb38156405, ignore everyone you don´t agree with, ignore each and everyone who mentions that perhaps there won´t be a short squeeze today(I think I have seen comments on short squeeze just imminent every day since I bought my first share in YONG six months ago) and also just ignore each and everyone who has a different view than yourself on things. When you have finished this ignore list, ignore everyone who DON´T have following names(that is if you haven´t already ignored them):

To be TOTALLY SAFE you should ignore everyone here except yourself.

    • Hey sob, what did I do to you, or is this just your turn to be an A#* hole tonight?

Stop trying to be the moderator of this board and keep in mind we are all in this together.

    • Appreciate your vote of confidence. Frankly, if a poster does not lie, insinuate, or spread rumors based on unfounded "facts" or "truth", I will at least read his/her post even if I may disagree. I will tolerate shorts who say "sell now cause this stock is going to $0". That's similar to a long saying "buy now folks, because this stock is going to be $30 in six months." I simply disregard them with a laugh. We, collectively, are not that stupid and can recognize these as just hyperboles. Unfortunately, lately this board has been taken over by fearmongers whose best weapon is not lies but repetition. It is a lot of work to filter out the noise to get to the substantive posts, especially when so many posters engage the thugs thinking that they can prove these shorts wrong. Well, if you understand their base motivation, you would know they will never be convinced or concede the fight. For that reason I ask again, why are so many people responding to the thugs rather than ignoring them?

I sincerely hope no one thinks I am self-conceited enough to think that my posts - or myself - are all-important. If I was not being clear, what I was trying to say above was that there are tons of posts worthy of reading, from many others in addition to those from the short list above. You just have to apply intellectual filter (or the ignore button) to the ones that are nothing but buzzing noise around your ears.
