Things college boy rxr doesn't understand about business

RXR Has no idea how books can change from quarter to quarter. I know because I ran my own corp for 22 yrs. In one quarter I had a customer who lost a big contract cancel a machine order for $155,000. What do you think that did to our quarter.

Or did I just cook the books Rich. How stupid you are when it comes to business.

You have been on my ignore list, but periodically I have to take you off for a short time to do my DD for this fine company of Yongye Intl.

    • buck: There are a lot things RxR does not understand and you can tell it from his articles and postings.

    • Bucky,

If I may, I've made the mistake, once, of taking him off ignore, don't do it. It is entirely not worth the irritation and continued attacks. I know better. It will not happen again. Amazing how clear this forum becomes.

    • I agree...its like he/she has had no business training at all. He thought YONG paying their auditors to audit the company was an indication of some kind of fraud. Sad.

He digs up some vague reference to mineral production from a Chinese Inner Mongolian "report" and casts it as some smoking gun indicating massive corruption at YONG.

Then, he casts aspersions on KPMG because they have some Chinese on their ten-person audit team, saying that Chinese entities can't be trusted.

So, how in the world can you reference a Chinese Inner Mongolian report as irrefutable evidence that YONG is misstating their financials, then turn around and say KPMG is corrupt becuse they have Chinese members on their audit team?

And these "documents" he keeps linking to..my God, they're manufactured nonsense. No legal attribution, poorly written, amateurish logic...just sad sad sad.

I have to think if this poster and his ilk are going to all this trouble to fabricate such a fatuous story that there MUST be some counter potential here.

Years of clean audits, proper SEC compliance, good governance, faithful addressing of standard financial inquiries (the diligent handling of the accounts recievable accruals comes to mind, here) all point to enormous upside potential.

      • If it would be lack of intelligence, I would feel sorry for Ian/Richard and try to educate him.
Unfortunately, its malicious behavior to manipulate the stockprice, what makes me feel disgusted.

      • dm: No, my dear, YONG paying their auditors to audit the company is not an indication of some kind of fraud. This is the indication and the proof of a fraud: http://goo.gl/MdUfJ
I have casts no aspersions on KPMG nor have I commented on the composition of Yongye's audit team or the trustworthiness of Chinese entities. I have simply provided evidence that Yongye's auditors are corrupt and Yongye is a complete fraud.

I am unaware of any reference to mineral production from a Chinese Inner Mongolian "report." If you are, please proved the link! I am however aware of a report prepared by the Inner Mongolian government that shows that Yongye's Wuchuan facility was not operational in March 2011 quarter and did not start trial production runs until well after March 31, 2011. Therefore, Yongye's reported production in that slow quarter was over 170% its design capacity - a proof that Yongye is a complete fraud.

The years of "clean audits, proper SEC compliance, good governance, faithful addressing of standard financial inquiries" - all point to imminent and inevitable halt and delisting, as Yongye is a complete fraud.

    • Unfortunitely Ian, I mean Richard, is the price we pay for living in the U.S. Any fat knucklehead can spend his entire day posting lies if he so chooses.

Anyone that knows anything about running a business can see right through his BS. Hopefully, at some point the loser gets a job and moves on. Somehow I doubt that will happen. It is hard to get a real job when your current one is lying and annoying people.

I think prison is the right place for him.

    • buck: I am sorry, did a Yongye customer lose a big contract and cancel a machine order for $155,000? And what are those books that need changing.
