For what it's worth, I was in contact with a Yongye representative, after several emails, and did get a reply. The reply was "The company is in correspondence with NASDAQ and is not in a position to provide an update on those matters at this time. Once the company has something tangible to report, it will update the market.". As I say, for what it's worth.
I felt somewhat better that at least I did get a reply confirming that they are hopefully striving to get this issue resolved. In my communication I also asked exactly what the NASDAQ is looking for, but as you can see, that was not part of the answer I received.
