Hi Ms. Jazz, Hi Barb,
Frontline can continue up so long as spot rates do I think.
We didn't get any snow in that last storm. What we have is about 3" of ice covering everything right now. Not new ice, just the compaction of the snow we had on top of warm ground.
Sure is cold. 22 right now. It has been sub zero 4 of the last 8 nights. Coldest was -10F. I don't remember ever getting below zero in December before. That's usually reserved for end of January and early February. Only about 1/2 the years do we get below zero.
This is late January weather.
Some of the smaller lakes and ponds are iced over real good. One guy out on Berry pond yesterday with a Kite blowing him around on skates or something. Early, when the waters freeze over, and there is no snow on it yet, the wind skaters come out. They look like little sailboats but run on skates. Once you get snow they can't glide on the ice anymore. I expect to see them any day now. They have to get out and do it when the opportunity presents itself. Their season is extremely short.
Stay warm, Merry Christmas,
Hey Barber, is it cold enough for you yet. How much snow did you get up there?
Wonder who on this board got the most snow and where???
No snow for us here but got down to the high 30's last night.
