Here is the Brad Thomas article that got me interested. I liked the mix of properties, with a large representation of relatively stable/growing tenants, and the limited lease expirations in the near term.
In a recent post, he estimated current price/FFO (when the price was in the low 9's) as around 15x.
I bought some at 10, which was a mistake -- I was impatient. But most of my position was purchased in the low 9s or high 8s. I purchased more today. Maybe this was the selling climax? Who knows.
earnings report (whenever they decide to put it out) will be a big indicator. They have to impress analysts or they will really be in trouble.
I got no information except boiler plate from the IR department.
Call their investor relations dept, the guy I spoke with was only with the company for 3 mos and knew next to nothing. They better get out selling this company.
