Agreed. Todays move was waaaaay over done and false. The extremeness of it is a blatent attempt to scare the uninformed and stupid into taking a loss. Don't do it, there is no need. But if you did sell today, you might want to consider avoiding stocks altogether as you are unsuited for stock market investing.
