Even if the ceo has to resign, there is someone else who is schooled in the WMT way who can take over immediately without a missed step. I personally don't feel this is a big deal. If they paid someone to facilitate permits that is one thing, or if they paid for the permits, that is another. I hope they facilitated the permits.
It is all about the earnings. If WMT is guilty of bribery, the justice dept. will give them a hefty fine, and then it will be business as usual. This isn't the end of the world. It will be a blip on the screen.
