    America is still a free labor market, plenty of room at the bottom

    indispensable providers of affordable consumer goods...Over the past year, low-paying sectors such as retail, restaurants, hotels and temporary-help agencies accounted for more than 40 percent of job growth, many of those jobs part-time, according to the Wall Street Journal. Minimum wage increase will solve that and provide inflation...nice.

      When Min. wages are raised (which is doing the same old job the same old way for more pay) it will cause the cost of goods & services to go up to cover the increase.. What has been accomplished???

        Don't you know that is how politicians raises taxes...

        without raising taxes....

        Yes.....more taxes for government...

        You see...

        when one makes more per hour....

        most are moved up within the tax bracket that the IRS and State government agencies ...

        so,,,

        not only do the cost of goods and services go up....

        Government gets more revenue from US to spend on less of US.

        OH..!!

        did you know Wal*Mart puts less than 5% foreign in all its stores in China... :)
