Are we primed for news or what?

Must be something coming down pretty soon. Nice sweep of weak hands. Warrants, warants go away, just so we do have to explain them to newbies over and over and over .....

    • These delays are frustrating, but the warrants have very little to do with the fundamental value of MAXF.

For those who think they can dump today and jump in again later, the MMs will rape you coming and going. They know how the game is played here now.

Maybe we can forget about the warrant BS for a few weeks now and focus on business and earnings - which should be terrific. MAXF is a great investment, has been since last year.

    • Yea, I would say the shareholders are primed for information. This company needs a better public relations firm. I can't find any press releases except, of course, for their "sec filings". Do they ever issue any press releases other than the filings and of course the warrant info?

      • I just took a look at the transaction log for today and we had some serious bidders most of the day. At one point the bid was 8800 @ 5.94 and he got filled before the close. Someone knows! Boys and girls that $52,272. That's some serious jack in a small cap. Could be the company's broker doing a bit of the buy back. Whoever it was got serious today because he could have easily got that 4 to 5k cheaper in the last couple of days. Time to shift trading into neutral and coast uphill a while. I look for earnings tomorrow or early next week based on previous release dates.

      • Maybe we should be happy we are invested in a company that does not pump in the press releases. Not many companies will lie in SEC postings, but they may sound different in press releases. Add to that a company that had a miraculously quick recovery from 9/11. It equals strong management and a strong company.
