Insiders are spending their own money buying the heck out of this stock. What better indicator do people want? They know how undervalued the company is and want to own as much as possible. Perhaps they will just end up owning it all and keeping all the money for themselves.
If CP can shake a few people into selling, maybe he gets to add shares at $5.50 instead of paying up the $6 MAXF is asking right now. It's a tired old tactic to shake out loose shares and scoop them up.
