Not sure if it will be up over 20% tomorrow since there are a lot of Shorts & Hedgies paying many Anal-ysts huge bucks under the table to outright Lie about these Solar Stocks and the Sector.
got a buy order at 9.25 so it must be a top when I get in. hopefully not.
Read the other post I mentioned earlier from this particular topic about solar stocks.
I hope i can get one right for the first time when it comes to solar.
Yes I agree theres plenty of oil, petroleum, nat gas, coal, all the stuff that controls peoples lives by the controllers.
the sun is free, and if the sheep ever wake up and get off the grid, and find ways to use free energy wether it be solar, fuel cell, what ever, the controllers cant controll us.
Its clear as day since i have invested in any solar stock no matter which direction the price of oil goes, I get burned( no pun intended, lol). I havent been in STP yet but have been tracking it. I saw the good earnings report, but usually when I get in solar stocks, it seems to be a top according to me getting in, and not technically a top.
Sorry for blabbing, but I feel that companies that make money shoulod be rewarded in price, even though most people dont think solar is feasable. So here we go ill do a buy order .25 above the closing price, if it doesnt get filled then oh well, it wasnt meant to be.
they have to report their gain under accounting rules. If GSF lose money, they have to report loss. it is not a choice they can make. If GSF is making money every quarter, then they will report gain every quarter, i am sure one day, GSF will have loss and STP will report loss.
"GSF investee companies completed construction of 95MW of PV projects in the fourth quarter of 2010. In accordance with ASC 323-10-35-1, Suntech recognized its share of the earnings or losses of the equity investment in GSF. As GSF is an investment company, its net income or loss is affected by the changes in the fair value of its investee companies. Due to the completion of the projects, GSF’s fair value substantially increased and Suntech realized equity income of $250 million in the fourth quarter of 2010."
they didn't take anything the projects were done and paid in full, what was good for us is they were profitable!
