Obama to unveil climate plan in Tuesday speech. He said American scientists and engineers would have to design new fuels and energy sources, and workers will have to adapt to a clean energy economy, senior energy and climate adviser, Heather Zichal, said last week that controls on greenhouse gas emissions from power plants would be a major focus. She also said the plan would boost energy efficiency of appliances and buildings, plus expand renewable energy.

    • meanwhile , all the rich spoiled brat teenagers drive F-350's to school so they can look cool , and mama drives a Hummer , and 3 people live in a 20,000 sq ft mansion complete with swimming pool and a private cinema as big as my house ....... Ya , you go Obama . atta boy , you show those mean ole businesses that use coal or petroleum a thing or two , and be sure to force the public to buy electric cars that cost an extra $10,000 + ....... We the people just love being taxed and burdened to death while you give a bunch of banks all our tax dollars so they loan us money because we are broke and have no decent jobs ...... and let's not tap billions and billions of dollars worth of coal , and put thousands of people out of work , let's just leave the money in the ground as worthless junk , yet PRINT more money to survive ...... Brilliant Plan ...... You wanna cut down on energy use ????? Tell Justin Beiber to buy a smaller house , instead of a huge mansion where all he does is drink beer and smoke pot all day ...... Tell him to get a room at motel 6
