bush...I sure hope you are wrong on your prediction for NCZ. I first bought in on 30 Aug 10 and then more on 25 Jan 11 and recently on 27 Dec 13. I now hold 5373 shares. I bought with divvy in mind., appreciation is second. So far I haven't worried about this CEF, nor with it's cousin NCV, of which I hold 6324 shares. The big question out there is what will happen when interest rates finally start going up.. Hope the same doesn't happen like what Jimmy Carter created in the 80s when interest rates went up to 17% before starting back down. My wife and I sank everything we had into CDs at 15% for 5 years, After that was when we entered the stock market and been in it ever since. Stick around for the outcome. Good luck to you.
I used to hold much more of these two CEF's than you do now. But look at yesterday, assets fall a couple pennies and the stock price rises 6 cents. The premium is now approaching 17% and
I'm sorry but that is just crazy. It should eventually fall hard and get back to historical norms and then I'll be back. IMHO, the risk is just too high right now.
