Any studies comparing cost of these vs. CC
I really don't think the reports I have seen cover all the costs and savings. 15% will be coming back to the government directly as business income taxes. Additional taxes will be coming back as income taxes from advertisers. Stock holders will be paying capital gains taxes too. Then you add in the cost of CC subsidies, plus retirement benefits. Most of the tuition will be coming back from loans. I would bet for profit colleges save the government money.
