So instead management rids all the highest paid full time instructors across the board without investigating potential impact of schools. Management needs to rid the high paid executives that make these stupid decisions because it is just that which will bring down the level expertise in the classroom. You lost many great people at ITT and set the pace for self destruction of what all these hard working instructors build. You did nothing to make this school great. You jumped from one position to the next because "Daddy" knows someone, not you having the tools to make good decisions.
