Shorting is insane at these prices, however if someone shorted and sitting on a huge pile of cash, no worry, up or down 2-3 $ is not a big issue, they can cover at much higher prices.
For newbie shorts it is not worth the risk.
Theses campuses are huge and they are in very good locations too. The real estate assets worth a lot especially in states like CA.
It is not like COCO and moreover the o/s shares, Debt are very minimal going at near 52 wk low.
They can always find someone else to sell and leaseback the assets, there is so much cash in the market place. Remember these are secured assets.
