    Class action on Akamai

Maybe AKAM's problem today is a $53m class action suit having to do with stock sold during 1999-2000. I don't have link to this, just received notice of the action in the mail as I owned and purchased AKAM in that time frame. Company sending me the notice is the Garden City Group, Inc.

      >>That'll [a worm slithering through the heating ducts of Obama's almae matres] happen some day since they're worth a fortune . . . but no telling when.<<

I'll pay for the worm. :-)

Update on another of Orly's cases:

      >>So if the congress and Obama's opponents weren't curious about his qualifications the judge isn't going to be. I don't think they're going to get anywhere going through the courts. They'll have to get incontrovertible proof and make it public,<<

I like that idea more than a court’s decision because it would greatly shame the corrupt judges who have been aiding and abetting Obama's destruction of America.

On the lighter side, it means we need a worm. Someone who can slither through the heating ducts at Occidental, Columbus, and Harvard, to ferret out (if worms can ferret) Obama's transcripts. Where is Michael Douglas Jr. when you need him?

Someone, possibly Orly, posted just a headline (no article) at her site:

<Esquire magazine article-liberal spin, didn’t mention that the office of the Secretary of State of KY sent a request for investigation of Obama to the atty general and FBI>

Don't try this link (I'm referencing it just to cite its source); you'll get a 'page not found' notice. Orly's site has been down since, I think, only a short while after Judge Land released his decision on Wednesday.

Add that investigation requested of the Secretary of State of Kentucky to the impending (or, more likely, in progress now) investigation by New Hampshire's Secretary of State, requested by NH's state rep, Lawrence Rappaport. J.B. Williams might have started some momentum building.

The sad thing is, various sources are saying Williams plagiarized the work of a blogger. When I read his article, I immediately had a heightened respect for him, because previously he more or less reported things most conservatives probably already knew, and he urged various actions. The qualification research was above his paygrade and, even though he was contacted by the original researcher, Williams still didn't credit his source. But maybe it takes dishonest types to topple bigger dishonest types.

Most of this I wrote two days ago. Just too many interruptions the last week or two; time goes fast when you're having fun. :-(

So if the congress and Obama's opponents weren't curious about his qualifications the judge isn't going to be. I don't think they're going to get anywhere going through the courts. They'll have to get incontrovertible proof and make it public,

      >>So, was Judge Land threatened?<<

No, just timid. He probably would like to eventually sit on a higher court.

      >>Good luck to her. I doubt she'll leave anything out. This is a case that I think most judges would recognize would be anathema to the Supreme Court and so unlikely to get very far up the appeals courts before being rejected. >>I doubt an American citizen can force Kenya to do anything . . . and the government sure isn't going to make that request.<<

I hope Orly remembers to submit to the judge Detroit's WRIF radio interview of Kenya's Ambassador Peter Ogego the morning following the election. He was caught off guard and implicitly acknowledged that Obama Jr. was born in Kenya. Kenya's government transcripts recording their post-election pride also contain a couple references to his being a "son of the soil." A number of Kenyan references might strengthen Orly's cases.

    • >>Such an exciting prospect, but so many hopes raised and deflated so far. How do you think that one will play out?<<

      >>So Obama was not quite as clever as Pelosi et al. He actually certified himself. That alone would justify any amount of money invested to keep his records secret. If he were proved foreign born and/or of dual citizenship that would be an offense that could get him arrested.<<

Ahh, the Golden vista . . . the frogmarch to the Federal penitentiary!

The latest figure I heard was that his lawyers' fees now total around $2 million. However, I don't know the source of that figure. For now, I'm treating as rumor any figure much over $1 million.

Philip Berg is trying a different, and surprising, tack. The Obama File reported this today:

<On September 9, 2009, a subpoena was issued by the District Court of the United States, 3rd Circuit, and has been served via registered mail (#RE184168898US) on the Consulate General of Kenya in Los Angeles.

The subpoena commands him to produce and permit the inspection and copying of the Certificate of Birth of Barack Hussein Obama II.>

If you want to see the handprinted subpoena, that very short article links to it. Right now, the subpoena article is the second one on the Obama File page, under the one about NH investigating Obama's certification in that state.

I'll look again now to see if Orly's hearing in GA has produced anything.

    • >>About Obama's having gone through the process legally, want to see something surprising? After you click on the document's two halves, you'll need to zoom in. I can't find a larger version.<<

So Obama was not quite as clever as Pelosi et al. He actually certified himself. That alone would justify any amount of money invested to keep his records secret. If he were proved foreign born and/or of dual citizenship that would be an offense that could get him arrested.
