    • >> . . . Would Beirut, or more generally Lebanon, have had a reciprocal relationship with the Soviet Union at any time during or after the 1990s?<<

I don't know about the Soviet Union but Beirut is famous for spies (there's a John LeCarre spy thriller set there) and that would provide a connection to the Middle East.

      >>Ears?<<

Yes. They really stand out. Others have commented on her ears, too, and noted the inheritance of them.

      >>Remote is probably a good characterization but it's not impossible. The Soviet Union had just such a program and they got a few sleepers into the US.<<

Ann was born in 1942 (so Wiki) and the blogger said Ann went to school in Beirut, but he didn't specify whether grade school or beyond. Would Beirut, or more generally Lebanon, have had a reciprocal relationship with the Soviet Union at any time during or after the 1990s?

    • >>Maybe just one feature? Did you ever see this photo of Mama?<<

      Ears?

      >>Do you think the possibility (that the grandparents and Ann were all illegal aliens) is more than remote? . . .<<

Remote is probably a good characterization but it's not impossible. The Soviet Union had just such a program and they got a few sleepers into the US.

      >>Yes and it's working on the Republicans . . . they were timid before, now they're cowed.<<

That must be why they chickened out of that more austere (tentative) budget vote in the House, that should've followed the discussion that preceded the vote on Ryan's budget. The Tea Partyers must be steamed. Speaking of the Tea Party . . .

      >>I wonder how ASL will testify and be cross examined.<<

:-) With with one voice or that of every legislator? Whichever, I hope ASL testifies convincingly enough for a ruling in Arizona's favor.

      >>I know there's a lot of damage already but I think they're wrong in thinking America is ready to buy into socialism . . . they have to sneak it in and eventually they'll be caught out on it.<<

Oh, no, that's not what I meant. I think most Americans are rebelling against socialism and doing their best to resist it. I believe O and his alleged gIobaIist puppeteers plan to _force_ it on the US. So what I was trying to say in my post to which you're replying was that O has laid the foundation, so that now his moves — built on that foundation — can accelerate the demi5e of our free, capitaIist society. I believe he could do it before the 2012 election.

Are you aware that the Latin root (spelled identically) of 'sinister' denotes 'on the left'? It also means 'unlucky'. I don't know what the connection is between those two meanings.

      >>Just got a big 'back up the truck' for AKAM from a talking head on CNBC.<<

So _that_ is what precipitated AKAM's vertical trajectory! I took a screen shot of every green spike, then doubled the size in QuickTime Player so I could read the tiny volume figures. This is how the rocket left its launch pad:

      92,314 + 51,458 + 26,668 + 86,903 + 63,145 + 29,542 = 350,030 shares bought in the ether

I wonder if one institution bought 300,000 shares. Maybe somebody knows something about Akamai's earnings report?

And AKAM is still going higher. It's headed for $38.00.

I think options expired at 2:30 PM, but I'm not certain.

      >>If that's true we're way beyond the Manchurian Candidate.<<

Do you think the possibility (that the grandparents and Ann were all illegal aliens) is more than remote? If so, what would that mean to the US now and in the future if the future unfolds the way it seems programmed to unfold?

    • >><Republicans Will Be to Blame if US Defaults: Geithner><<

Yes and it's working on the Republicans . . . they were timid before, now they're cowed.

      >>Did you see what Judicial Watch accomplished (as far as it goes so far)?<<

FTA <the Arizona State Legislature, has been granted permission to intervene as a defendant in the Obama Justice Department lawsuit >

I wonder how ASL will testify and be cross examined.

      >>Have you added up all he's done . . .<<

I know there's a lot of damage already but I think they're wrong in thinking America is ready to buy into socialism . . . they have to sneak it in and eventually they'll be caught out on it.

    • >> . . . isn't the resemblance striking? . . .<<

So much so I doubt anyone else's features would be discernible on Obama.

Just got a big 'back up the truck' for AKAM from a talking head on CNBC.

      >>"Possibly, the family was smuggled into the US as spies." Oh, I see. The whole family smuggled into the US would indeed include his grandparents. I had missed that entirely.<<

If that's true we're way beyond the Manchurian Candidate.

      >>I suppose not. So then he plans on blaming the Republicans for the economy.<<

Yeah. Including Bush. Well, will you look at how impeccable your timing was:

<Republicans Will Be to Blame if US Defaults: Geithner>

It's a Reuters article, and I learned, soon after wondering whether Reuters had gone neutral, that Reuters is way, way in Obama's belly pouch. You don't need the URL for that blaming article.

      >>Well along in Arizona. Maybe he shouldn't have been so quick to condemn them for their illegal immigrant stand.<<

Whatever he gets, he more than deserves, IMO. Did you see what Judicial Watch accomplished (as far as it goes so far)?

      >>He better hop to it then. It'll take more than a year to lay us low.<<

Have you added up all he's done . . . and considered that his progress is in accelerated mode because of the foundation he's laid? One relatively small(?) for-instance, Rush was saying yesterday that Obama in league with NY's (despicable) Schumer have a bill — S.679 — to "streamline" appointments by eliminating the requirement of Senate approvals.

<S.679 : Presidential Appointment Efficiency and Streamlining Act of 2011

Sponsor: Sen Schumer, Charles E. [NY] (introduced 3/30/2011)      Cosponsors (15)

Committees: Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs

Latest Major Action: 4/13/2011 Senate committee/subcommittee actions. Status: Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. Ordered to be reported with an amendment in the nature of a substitute favorably.>

      >>Depends on what's in the blueprints . . . just the helicopter (no big deal) or the modifications that make it Marine One. Yes, I see what you see in that picture, grandpa is a white Obama (maybe Obama inherited the commy symp part too). <<

"maybe . . ." Maybe? As for Grandpa's photo, isn't the resemblance striking? So much for that Malcolm X theory.

      >>I've never seen the speculation that the grandparents might have been illegal aliens.<<

Did I overlook that? I did overlook this, and if true it's explosive: Ann Dunham "was possibly not an America citizen" . . . Ann Dunham (aka Stanley Ann Dunham, like juniorette) was Obama's mother!  Obama's father was indisputably not an American citizen, but I never saw that speculation about his mother. I wonder what the blogger's source is. He says she went to school in Beirut and "Possibly, the family was smuggled into the US as spies." Oh, I see. The whole family smuggled into the US would indeed include his grandparents. I had missed that entirely.

The family has so many similar names that it's confusing. But Wikipedia has (mother) Ann's lineage and (some of?) her aliases:

What a witching Friday this is! AKAM just scaled up the chart . . . and is still scaling! (Oops, now sliding down the chart a ways.)

    • >> . . . Would he campaign if he doesn't want to win?<<

I suppose not. So then he plans on blaming the Republicans for the economy.

      >> . . . several states are working on legislation that will require all presidential candidates to show their proof of natural born American citizenship.<<

Well along in Arizona. Maybe he shouldn't have been so quick to condemn them for their illegal immigrant stand.

      >> . . . Perhaps Obama's aim is to destroy the US through destroying the economy, in accordance with his globalist puppeteers' script? . . .<<

He better hop to it then. It'll take more than a year to lay us low.
