Time will reveal the wisdom of your analysis and strategy. This is a well managed company with sound finances in a robust and growing market. I have been delighted at its performance during this year and am glad to have bought in at a low price of $36/share.
It is never a bad idea to take some off the table, so through the years I have taken off and put back. My Akami shares are worth 95 thousand, with some of my shares bought at I think 14. I am very hesitant at this time to take ANY of the table. This stock goes much higher, so what's the purpose of timing the market.

Strong volume this AM again, and this is a week after earnings. What level are you selling at, and do you think is wise move with so much interest? I've sold and bought back many times but at much higher P/E's. Few years ago we're at P/E of 60 what makes you think we're not going there again? I think it's possible looking forward to 2015, security sales will be fully ramped up this year, over all demand for all services provided by Akamai are very strong, so why not buy in to 2015 earning now? Guess you may hold stocks for just a short period of time.
