My wife and I drove up and attended the luncheon in Spartanburg and the Rally in Greenville.
The event in Spartanburg had over 400 in attendance and ended up being Standing Room Only. The crowd was quite enthusiastic and boisterous and the greeting that Dr. Paul received was thunderous. I took several pictures, shook Ron's hand and got his autograph. I made an attempt to get near enough to ask a few questions, but his security people wouldn't allow it.
Down in Greenville at a much larger meeting complex the crowd swelled to over 800 and again there were people standing along the walls and at the rear. The people attending seemed to realise that we were making history and that America really does have a chance.
As a result of the day's events, I've decided to begin my own Meet-up group in order to facilitate Ron's efforts to obtain the GOP nomination.
