The record does show that the began mandatory testing on a certain date for flight certification, though. I know about the civilian requirements and suspect that the military has actual medical tests. GW failed to report for service in the National Guard as he was required, though.
Not that I can match your snide post, but yesterday's Boston Herald had a murder story regarding a one Mr. Pring-Wilson, a Harvard Graduate Student from a WASP family, who was drunk the other night and picked a fight with a Spanish guy. This happened on Western Ave. near the Business school this weekend. He knifed the guy with his jack knife four times in the chest. I figure he may be a good candidate for president some day.
