    bailout scam

You guys are not fooling us. We know that this bailout out money is actually to meet the benefits payouts due from AIG on October 6 for Credit Default Insurance contracts, which were then swapped in serial fashion to inhibit traceability. Foreclosures were then FORCED by lenders instead of mitigated in order to insure that "Credit Default" benefits be paid resulting in a profit to such beneficiaries over their paid premium. That is "Insurance Fraud" plain and simple. With the US Taxpayer picking up the tab.

Congress or the Federal Courts need to simply declare that all "Credit Default" contracts are immediately voided, as they represent gambling bets on a "fixed or doctored horse race" so to speak, and therfore can not be collected upon as gambling laws have long been in place and therefore "ex post facto" defenses are groundless. Or else that all Credit Default contracts are to come under Department of Justice scrutiny and any due benefits suspended until such investigations are concluded.

Further, the press tells us that if this bailout is not passed that people will lose their jobs because their employers are unable to conduct business due to inavailabilty of credit from their respective commercial lenders. Yet as the Fed Discount Window to such commercial lenders remains open and with the best interest rates anywhere, this indicates that commercial lenders themselves are the ones that are WILLFULLY AND AGGREGIOUSLY creating this "manufactured crisis".

I therefore DEMAND AS YOUR CONSTITUENT and urge that you as my representative or senator, IMMEDIATELY address that issue of this extortion upon the American Taxpayers by such lending institutions. This appears to be a direct assault designed to crush small business and willfully attempt to destroy the economy if "WE THE PEOPLE" do not submit to those extortions being made. Such actions are very likely against existing anti trust/ monopoly statutes.

Therefore Congress as the representative and frontline enforcer of "we the people" needs to IMMEDIATELY MAKES AVAILABLE TO THOSE SMALL BUSINESSES IN NEED THE VERY FUNDS THAT CONGRESS IS CONSIDERING MAKING AVAILABLE FOR THIS BAIL_OUT BILL. INSTEAD OF GIVING THAT MONEY ELSEWHERE IN HOPES THAT THE GREEDMEISTERS WILL LOOSEN THE "MANUFACTURED CREDIT SQUEEZE", APPLY THAT MONEY DIRECTLY TO WHERE IT IS NEEDED TO SAFEGUARD AGAINST JOB LOSS. CUT OUT THE EVIL MIDDLEMAN THAT IS EXTORTING WE THE PEOPLE.

Respectfully, I thank you for listening to my opinion on how I as a taxpayer and constituent wish this matter be addressed. However as the only way that I have, at least without resort to insurrection, in order to make sure Congress does the will of "the people" and not of "special corporate interests" is by my vote, make no mistake that if you do vote to approve this bail out bill with even a single dollar given by it, you will definitely not be recieving my vote in your own current or upcoming bid for your seat as my represenattive/or senator.
