MM's just cleaning out tight stops - restocking inventory
After a big run like yesterday- the MM's shorted a lot of stock to rapidly fill orders. So, today- they use any weakness to "walk it down" and cover their short positions by cleaning out people who set tight stops. It also allows them to accumulate inventory to sell on the next run up- which on this low float a stock- is rapid and violent on any news. To only pull back this much- after a run the size of yesterday is a good thing. A CE approval leading to commencement of European sales, or even an announcement of a sales channel partner, etc- could TRIPLE this one in a blink. Use you "gambling" money- not your entire life savings. I keep some "funny money" to play with - to lay on these somewhat long shots. If one or two hit- then it's worth the payout. I think this one's a $10 stock on any sort of basic news. That's only an $80 million market cap on a stock that could sell $80 million a yr in product in a heart beat once it gets basic approvals.
yes.... and in 2.55-2.60 range there was a lot of selling, but those shares were absorbed somehow as the # shares on bid was not enough to absorb them, I was watching the ticker.....so someone is accumulating behind the scenes... probably MM as you say
