    • 1. "By the way, do you have any opinion on the NOL carryforwards?"
No, I am not familliar with the legislation about that in the States. Sorry.

      2. "The least you would expect after an unreal 2Q-delay like this is an unreal deal like 100 million$ upfront and 60% royalty. But it will probably be more like no uppfront, and a "secret" (crappy) royalty. But as I said, I really don't expect anything anymore."

The longer time the better, didn't expect that from you. :-)"Unreal deal", is hat your perspective here?

If you are in this in a serious way, have a look at the danish CO Genmab and their deal with Glaxo, dec -06. I have wrote some in Swedish on www.di.se , "Börssnack", click on "Gruvgunnar".

    • i do have thoughts about the deal, i just don't expect anything from it. Spam-man has shattered even the slightest of hope of mine so many times before that I no longer wanna subject myself to the kind of humiliation it means to expect the Blob to do his job.

    • So your answer is that you do not have any thought of your own about a deal?

      Not just one litle thought?

      Just a small one?

But you have bitterness on others?

It's a litle bit of a one way story here, eh?

And that's the way you want it, n'est pas?

    • "Last week management clearly stated in an interview that a deal was close now."

And it isn't the first time!

"and I really think that you guys dont know anything of making deals in this business.
      THEse take TIME.
Do you know how much paperwork is involved, and how everything must be sorted out in the contract?"

No i don't, the scary part is that apparantly neather does mr Spamface!

    • why are you guys all that impatient

      ceplene got approved.

Do you know how much paperwork is involved, and how everything must be sorted out in the contract?

Its a process of give and take every week and month
partner wants to know as much as possible in front of the deal, EPCT management wants to "tell" possible partner as little as possible due to competition reasons ( you dont want to give them all your knowledge about these products)

they need a distribution partner imo.
and then its all about ROYALTIES.
UPFRONT means nothing in the end, then you better be bought out

    • Who will make a deal with such clowns. Should also add here, regarding the previous carry forward loss elimination due to section Section 382 of the Internal Revenue Code, that based on the mega-dilution: That in addition will also effect 2 digit million losses in earnings in the case that this Co ever should reach a profitable status. These mgmt boys are not only technically incompetent, obviously also the existence of financial long-term pitfalls is beyond their grasp. The only cure is to asap kick out this crap mgmt.
