    Insider Buying

Why is there no insider buying for almost a year? They were believers at a higher price, why are they not averaging down?

    • Partner negotiations, the existence of which is public knowledge, WOULD NOT preclude insider buying.

Buying in anticipation of and with direct knowledge of an imminent announcement would not, however, be permissible.

In any case, the lack of any substantive insider buying on the open market (ie - not through compensation) for YEARS speaks VOLUMES and flies in the face of the smoke and mirror public statements this band of goons continues to make regarding the potential of ceplene.

      • You said ("predicted!")Epicept would godown to .60, now Epicept is traded just below .90.

You said there is a question about Ceplene:
        - low efficacy
        - simple chemistry
        - low price in the market
        - you recommended a 15% deal.

        - The truth is high efficacy below age of 60. EMEA have given the drug extra cred.

        - The patent is there and not questioned by anyone and the orphan status is given Epicept 10 years of NO competion in the EU market.

        - The price under the IDIS-agreement is 45 000 per whole treatment of ten cycles per patient.

        - The 15% recommendation, will that make u change signature on this board?

    • They allways give news at 9.01 at night so the idiots in sweden get the news for there trading day if we got news during the day we would go up more because they be noticed when exsplostion go up
