Talley is a scandal
The 'one-million-salary' Talley represents a unique pharma and management incompetence. Endo makes hundreds of millions in US sales with its LidoPain clone Lidoderm, but this guy is now struggling with the FDA on a dead horse, and fails with serious products.
Unbelievable, but this Talley is even “successful” to reduce the share value of a company with a product with European market approval below 50 cents. IMO that kind of “achievement” looks already like an obscure intention with a self-service background.
For years this worst case CEO produced nothing else than selling cheap shares to maintain an absurd income, has destroyed the company value and has spread deceptions as news. Should be noted that the board is directly responsible for rewarding his stockholder damages and deceptions.-
In the last SEC filing they filled just 4 pages on product descriptions, but did need 17 pages for general bla bla on compensation, incentives, bonus etc of management and board. They tried that way to justify absurd salaries for their failures and self-services.They even employed for that purpose several times the word “shareholder value”!

Talley is just the right mixture of dumbness and greediness to kill a company. A company that pays such illiterate a million must be either mentally sick or criminal. Therfore it also needs so many pages of "explanation in an SEC filing.
BTW: 'Lars low-brain' disappeared, or changed his name, his stupid lies became too obvious.

Well, you're not completely mistaken. The company website does report via Form 4's (Nov 15th) that on November 11th, each of the five directors was granted options to acquire 16,250 shares at $3.71 within the nine year period between 11/11/2011 and 11/11/2020. They didn't actual acquire any shares as yet and they haven't paid out any money as yet.

This smeary liar isn't capable to reach ANY goal. Even in his own “career” he came not beyond the point of “completed coursework - “towards” - an M.B.A”. Such an illiterate loser plays a CEO and is getting for that one million dollar per year.
