    Epicepts financials

" Cash at June 30, 2011is expected to be sufficient to fund our operations and meet our debt service requirements into the second quarter of 2012. Future funding is anticipated to be derived from sales of Ceplene ® in Europe, fees from our strategic partners, and funding through public or private financings, strategic relationships or other arrangements. The Company is considering other financing opportunities to obtain additional cash resources to fund operations and clinical trials."

    Just a thought.

    • f the change in status is approved, the continued listing of the Company’s common stock on the Nasdaq Stockholm OMX Exchange will no longer be linked to its continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market or on any other national securities exchange.

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO DDSS TO !!!
And then the company was bought by a large player and the small investor gets nothing !!!!!!!

    • Look what happened to DDSS. They had a product OK for FDA. And after the P/S getting down all the time, it was bought for peanuts by a large medical company. So all small investors lost most of their money.
