It looks like EPCT will contribute all its (our) shares in exchange for 22.5% of the shares in the new company. So, we will get new shares in Immune Technologies (the combined company) when this is completed. No way to tell what they will be worth and what the future holds- will just have to hope that this gives them the funds to continue their trials and they find someone to partner with to finish the Phase III trials and FDA New Drug application for Amiket.
