If I was holding onto over $5,000 of merchandise and Geek was way way delayed in installation, I would simply put it all in the car, carry it by wheelbarrow in the store, dump it LOUDLY in the aisle and DEMAND refund on the spot!!!!!

Agree. This would be my only and final action. But then again, wouldn't rely on the BB geek idiots (remember the story about the BB geek that accessed a customers pay perview x-rated channel and watched it while they were gone? ) There's nothing that one of these geeks can hook up that you can't.
