How do you run a deli with 2-3 people? How do you run a frozen dept. and a dairy dept. with no one? How do you run a front-end with two cashiers? Remember, most of these stores are open 24 hrs.. You seem to think you know the numbers!!! What numbers? I read them as well as you. BUT, and it's a big BUT, you apparently don't have to live with the results.
