While expenses are high, this fund is a good vehicle for small and mid cap domestic stocks. It is difficult to outperform the S&P 500 index when investing soley in S&P 500 stocks, but a good manager should be able to outperform small and mid cap indexes by using good research on individual companies. The smaller companies are under the radar screen for most large investors, and with good research Motley Fool should be able to comfortably beat the averages. This fund will publicly expose their performance, and their reputation is at stake. Motley Fool has good research capability on small and mid cap stocks, and I know that this fund will command their full attention.
you will have to wait until after the first quarter and then check it out at the SEC website under "NQ" filings I believe....its kinda strange how they do not really let you know what you are investing in
