In a time when profits at BAX continue to be something talked about and not achieved, BAX lost the leader of the only profitable area in the US. He challenged Sr. Management and their strategies and quickly fell out of favor with the puppeteers.

Thirteen years and 4 relocations later, this long-time BAX loyalist with a once, very bright future, departed for greener pastures, where his opinions and ideas will be nutured and appreciated, instead of stifled and scoffed at. With him goes the loyalty of many soldiers and the credibility of a once respected company. Perhaps even more damaging to BAX will be the reaction of his customers, who respected his word and commitment. He consistently proved more effective on a sales call than most highly-paid global sales reps. Shame on BAX for letting this one slip away.
