China Wireless Communications has filed for and received the name Media Exchange Group, Inc. through the Nevada Secretary of State, and is awaiting updated compliance SEC and FINRA filings. The company prior to 2008 was a Bulletin Board listed company. At year end December 2010 the company filed the 2007 annual report and will file the completed 2008, 2009 & 2010 10 KSB’s and Quarterly reports on or before February 15, 2011. MXGI’s will become a compliant and reporting company once in full compliance the company will re-list on the bulletin board exchange.
I have a call into investor relations--left a message for a lady named "Suzanne(sp?)". I am going to see if I can get a verbal confirmation on anticipated filing to see if it's on track.
I left a second question inquiring as to where they would be listed once in compliance with SEC.
If I hear something back I'll post what I am told.
There may be something to this one as from what I read about some of the players they do have some accomplishments in their background.
Has to be at least a dozen years ago I bought a ton of something like a nickel stock. When it went to 90 cents I said it was too good to be true and sold. It subsequently went to $7.50 all in the matter of several days. Ended up going back to zero and bankrupt. Company's name was New Visual (NVEI) at the time.
Got to admit that one got me a bit hooked on penny stocks but like any investment there is merit to moderation.
