Did you read the latest pleadings? Ironridge is asking the court for another $300k in damages from SVFC, while SVFC claims it 'only' owes Ironridge another $7k in legal fees. Class action? Against a holding company domiciled in the British Virgin Islands? No extradition treaty with the USA. Good luck getting a penny out of that, LOL! The fact no one brings up here is that Dr. Botox brought them into the picture himself - he sought them out to buy out a $535k debt note from TCA, a holding company in the Grand Cayman Islands, another place with no extradition treaty with the USA. Smell fishy? It should - because it stinks to high heaven!
As a result they should be tossed out of court. We shall see soon enough, everyone knows its drug money anyway so why would a US court have any sentiment towards Iron Ridge. Short away,,, by all means. It might catch you soon enough.
