Yup, he has a history of leaving a trail of bad debt like a drunken sailor on shore leave.

    • Wow, you have to be pretty desperate to post something from: "Published: 24 September 2008"

      Sentiment: Hold

    • You jumped all over people for misleading posts, but then you post something from 2008 not associated with his current situation? So what was the outcome from all of these allegations? Was he found guilty on any of this? Have any issues been brought up on this current company? I believe they were cleared in the Ironridge lawsuit? Exactly what is your agenda here?

      • Simple - past is prologue with Dr Botox. (They say a tiger doesn't change its stripes no?) This is not the only incident from his past regarding questionable business practices. But as to how it affects current shareholders, that's an easy one to link to this. There were 50 million shares outstanding 2 years ago when Dr. V started to accumulate a trail of debt - again. After several default court judgements over that period, in his and the company name, he pays those judgements off with SVFC stock AFTER he increases the authorized share amount to 500 Million, then to 1.5 Billion, and now to 3.5 Billion. The latest debenture offering is another example (see the SEC filings). YA Global directs him to payout 2 more default judgements, unpaid legal and accounting fees as well as back taxes. And Dr. Andrews trusts him SO MUCH, he forces the company to place $200k in escrow with a third party lawyer to cover the latest consulting agreement - yes, Dr. Andrews is smart with his money. And who pays for all this dilution? The shareholders staring at a sub-penny stock price and wondering why its stuck there. In summary, this has been Dr. LookGood's modus operandi - stick his unpaid bills to the shareholders.

        Sentiment: Strong Sell
