New al article..if real..timing makes no sense

If carnes/Al knew back in March that the facility was closed beginning in January, why wait until now to post about it. The stock was over 3$ in the beginning of this year so obviously there was the ability to short it then. It's too convenient for him to post after this halt and after the 10k audit. Again, where are the dates on the photos? I can easily take pictures and specify that I took them any time I wanted. Again, this company has been under the spotlight too much in the past year for them to get away with everything not being legit. Too many eyes were on them. Just saying. Wait till news

    • If you read his little "glam" piece from a couple weeks ago, if he could take it all back, he would. His friends made almost as much money as him but without all the death threats. In the piece, he was trying to obtain "whistle blower" status to defrag the cost of his legal bills.

I bet the pictures were in the hands of the SEC well before last week.

The piece as presented, no zoom on the date stamp, no dates on the picture, the incredibly well informed guard can be easily picked apart. But the inescapable fact remains that the Dongguan plant has been shuttered.

Funny thing. No less than two posters posited nearly these exact events before AL's latest report came out today. Regular nostradamus$es.

Now this board looks like ABAT. The short crew must be working a double shift. Lovely. Just lovely.

    • I tend to agree. It has been suspect for years and could have already gone to zero if it was a total fraud. The sell off the last few days may have discounted the losses from closure of the one sight. Doesn't mean it is a death sentence. We will see.
