Downgrade to sell! Yesterday
TOL company was downgraded by the brokerage firm Stifel Nicolaus from “Hold” to ”Sell.Anyone know what the new target price is?

  funny how from one analysts has a sell rating and then its rise is meteoric when the herd starts to think the honeypot is just over the next house.
