First owning home offers great tax benefits, it is cheaper to borrow at 3.25 % for 30 years than pay rent. The key is that you have a job to qualify o you tell us you have no Job.
Owning a home gives a family a sense of self worth that this is ours and creates a place for memories. You need we say more no self worth and no memories.
Children from owned hoes achieve more and do better academically.
Owning a home creates a sense of community in that you are part of something bigger.
