So you call an investigation a lawsuit?. That lawfirm won't find anything just wasting time and they won't file a thing, and even if they do case is dismissed. Thats a classic old news on a company stock that plunges and you hear those same firms posting investigations. You even see the same ones calling for investigations when buyouts happen.
I agree. SPR is a strong cell. I've been long on SPR but I've noticed the stock going nowhere for several quarters. That's not the "sweet spot" that the analysts spoke of regarding SPR. I also believe that the economic slowdown in Europe is bad for SPR. I sold it last week for a tax loss. To heck with it. Give me Boeing, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics any day!
How can they hide these charges? I agree, the lawsuits will pile up on this one and I bet the stock will go down another $7. But Boeing is a major holder of this stock and will prevent it from going under.
Boeing does not own SPR stock( it would have to be listed in their financial papers), but they do have a great interest in this company being strong because they make many parts and assemblies for all their aircraft.
