As a long time PETS long, there are two things that concerned me:
Lack of ownership from top management - % of Shares Held by All Insider and 5% Owners is only 3% and our CEO and president is not a major holder of the company anymore (check Form 3 & 4). Why?
No creativity on growing the business - Any news or plan on how to expand or beat the competitions recently?
Short interest is high - I am afraid someone knows (28.1% as of today) something that we do not know.
Do not take me wrong - it is a great company and I want to see it success, but I would like to see board and management to address those things.
