if they had paid their preferred dividend

Its strange that a preferred stock would let the common shareholders benefit by not being able to recieve dividends. The common are making out like bandits at the expense of preferred holders to the tune of $9.75 million a year. The preferreds won't be able to pay a dividend until eternity or until 2018 when the notes restricting dividend payments mature (or they make $200 million or something). HAHA. Gotta love capitalism. And note to preferred holders, don't do such a dumb deal next time.
