Anybody have any idea what Chicago will be doing to remember the day and 175 colleagues lost? Nothing on the Aon website yet nor are my local contacts voicing any news that has come down the email chain.
A memorial service will be held at St. Patricks on 9-9-2011 at 9:30 for Aon Colleagues. More details to follow.
A moment of silence at 10:28 am on 9-11-2011 which is wrong. Aon had nothing in the North Tower. The South Tower was where Aon was based and at 9:59 am that tower came down. The North tower should be remembered too, as should the impact times. FOUR moments of silence coordinated with the ringing of the bell would be the thing to do. I would also suggest a building wide reading of the Aon staffers lost that horrible day.
