The NAV of the companies are over $9.00 a share. Where are you going to get a 50% return on investment as soon as you buy the stock?
I loaded up when VRTB was under $6. I put in to buy some VRTA @ 5.25 today but didn't get it. It shot up way past it.
To the fellow that called us morons for opening up the stock. First, If you still have problems using this simple message board, are you the pot calling the kettle black. Second, I couldn't have gotten out until 2014. Third, with the shares of VRTB that I bought under 6, my average purchase price per share is 7. I should be even in another a week. 9% dividend on my net purchse price is not bad. Beats a CD.
