I also buy the brands I invest in. Figure it has more influence on my net worth than the odds on a lottery ticket.
I try to do that too. Problem is I own CAT and BA, which makes purchaes difficult.

Hear ya. I'm an older investor and tend to lean toward consumer staples with dividends. You have two great stocks for the long term IMO.
