    • someone said they need to do that over at hostess brands too... the company that used to be interstare and continental bakeries.. TOOK THEIR STOCK FROM 24.00 A SHARE DOWN TO 2.00 A SHARE BUYING ALL THESE COMPANIES. ALL MANAGEMENT DECISIONS-mind you. They went through 7 CEO'S who were paid MILLIONS in SALASRY and MILLIONS in BONUSES.
NOW THEY WANT TO BLAME THE DOWNGRADE AND FALLOUT ON LABOR.. IMAGINE THAT.. sounds like typical American business man thinking...
Wonder if price fall here they will do the same thing.. blame it on Labor.. WHAT IS MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION AROUND HERE SOMEBODY LOOK FOR THAT DEF14A the form they usually bury it in in the Securities Filings. Do any of you read the fine print/
like why is former president getting 1M in other compensation [off the books] M.GOLDEN
Current president Dabney making close to 3M... former president 1.5M... OTHER EXECS 1M each.. BOD MAKING 6 figures each...hmmmm

Yeh, leave that for the stake holders to decide; no investigation or lawsuit is necessary.
Big waste of time & money.Whoever started this should sell their shares .....if a shareholder and be a big boy and move on.....

      Sentiment: Buy
