Oln's reporting clearly substantiates that gun/ammo sales are skyrocketing/ believe I also saw background

checks to record highs again/all good for SWHC-RGR-CAB. Assault ban will go down in flames/ SWHC will return to trading on fundamentals. Interesting that no study has been put forward trying to tie in a corralary timeframe into these shootings-Columbine forward-to see the gestation period of diagnosed mental/bullying until these perps commit these heinous acts. I will suggest that from first diagnosis to epic action the timeframe of acting act is eerily similar which questions whether persons with known dignoses should be required to report to a mental health official on a regular basis

    • If you're looking at bullying as the Root Cause you're barking up the wrong tree, I think. SSRI drugs are much more likely to be the one single thing, which if removed from the picture, might have prevented these incidents.

    • Olin Corp. reported net income of $34.6 million in the fourth quarter, up 85 percent from $18.7 million in the prior-year quarter, driven by increased sales in its Winchester firearm segment.

For the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, sales in the Winchester segment were up 27 percent to $155.8 million compared with the fourth quarter of 2011, as shipments to commercial, military and law enforcement customers increased toward the end of the year. Winchester products include sporting ammunition, reloading components, small caliber military ammunition and components, and industrial cartridges.

    • I agree with your wording "clearly substantiates" . Anyone outside of NY and the Beltway could have figured this out by taking a look see in any sporting goods shop.
But this is verification in actually earnings -
This is one of those gifts for the small investor - something the guy on main street can see but the arrogant folks in DC and Wall Street dont see (or dont want to believe)
